    DRY BULK PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS

In the use of industrial fans and blowers for the creation of pressure / vacuum and air-flow systems, we have the skills and resources to address your dry-bulk pneumatic conveying system design and implementation requirements in many applications. This includes "DENSE PHASE CONVEYING", "MEDIUM PHASE CONVEYING" and "DILUTE PHASE CONVEYING". These systems are highly flexible and efficient to enable the effective conveying of dry bulk materials in general.

Special consideration  is given to explosive and abrasive materials. Applications include:

    • Flour mills.
    • Aluminium foil and metal waste / trim processing.
    • Paper waste and off-cut processing (re-pulping of roll trim).
    • Wood-chip and wood dust processing / removal.
    • Abrasive material conveying including concrete.
    • Packaging and distribution systems for Original Equipment supply.

We have the capacity and experience to work with customer engineering and technical departments to :

    • Design the system concept considering materials and construction requirements.
    • Produce the required technical drawings for manufacture and implementation.
    • Produce operator’s instructions and operational data.
    • Commission the completed system.

    DUST AND FUME EXTRACTION

In today’s manufacturing environment the health of workers is paramount. The effective removal of dust / particulate and fumes is an important aspect of a good “Occupational Health and Safety” policy. Apart from worker health, a clean working environment is also operationally safer in avoiding increasing such hazards as slipping or tripping.

In the use of industrial fans and blowers for the creation of pressure / vacuum and air-flow systems, we have the skills and resources to address your dust extraction / conveying system design and implementation requirements in many applications. These systems are highly flexible and efficient to enable the effective conveying of dust / dry bulk materials in general.

Special consideration is given to explosive and abrasive materials. Applications include:

    • Flour mills – removal around processing areas.
    • General manufacturing and saw-dust.
    • Paper and packaging processing particulates.
    • Wood-chip and wood dust processing / removal.
    • Abrasive material particulate generation at filling / processing points.
    • (Concrete for example.)

We have the capacity and experience to work with customer engineering and technical departments to :

    • Design the system concept considering materials and construction requirements.
    • Produce the required technical drawings for manufacture and implementation.
    • Produce operator’s instructions and operational data.
    • Commission the completed system.
