Breinhorst. Thomas graduated
in 1991 from The
University of Natal Durban, South Africa. Since graduation he has
worked for various manufacturers and designers, mostly in the
demanding automotive, pharmaceutical (animal health) and New Zealand specilaist vehicle
certification industries.
Thomas is an
NZTA (Formerly LTNZ), Heavy Vehicle and Low Volume
Certifier. He is also a member of the RTCE (Road
Transport
Certifying Engineers) group. The RTCE is a technical
interest group of IPENZ
(Institute of Professional Engineers of
New Zealand).
